Starting off 2017…
SPAtacular – January 2 – February 9
Our third annual Amelia SPAtacular event is back with a month of pampering and relaxation. Local residents of Fernandia Beach and Jacksonville, FL can enjoy special pricing for a spa package that will help erase the stresses of life. Revel in select $99 treatments at The Spa, including 50-minute Swedish massages, cleansing facials and a manicure/pedicure combo. [Guests will be required to submit proof of address on day of service.]
As an added bonus for taking part in SPAtacular, you will be entered into a complimentary spa service raffle. For each service you book during our Amelia SPAtacular month you’ll also be entered to win one spa service per month for the remainder of the year (March – December 2017).

Distillers Dinner – January 19
Kick off the 2017 Amelia Island Restaurant Week with the Distillers Dinner at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort. Executive Chef Daven Wardynski and his culinary team highlight the distillation process of each spirit and how it relates to flavors of our island in the winter. This four-course dinner will focus on Vodka, Gin, Whiskey and Rum, each mindfully paired with a cocktail.
Cocktails – 6:00 p.m. ; Dinner – 7:00 p.m.
Tickets – $100 (taxes and gratuity included)

The Sprouting Project Dinners
Enjoy an intimate southern-inspired farm dinner at The Sprouting Project, our culinary team’s answer to local sustainability. Guests will tour Amelia Island Plantation’s state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, expansive organic garden and large collection of beehives before enjoying a plated dinner that incorporates items harvested directly from The Sprouting Project.
Each month, The Sprouting Project Dinner adopts a unique theme that incorporates fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested directly from The Sprouting Project. The evening kicks off with cocktails at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Seating is limited.
