This year’s exciting lineup includes local chef Kenny Gilbert of Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen, Cesar Zapata from Miami’s The Federal, Kathleen Blake of Orlando’s Rusty Spoon, Joey Ward of Atlanta’s Gun Show, acclaimed Boston chef, Jeremy Sewall and Craig Deihl of Charleston’s Cyprus & Artisan Meat Share.

Fish to Fork Chef Daven Wardynski

The idea behind the first Fish to Fork was pretty straightforward. Invite six renowned chefs for a charter fishing trip off the Intracoastal and Atlantic waters of North Florida’s Amelia Island. Whatever they catch, they cook. Simple enough, right? Well things get a bit more complicated when you throw in hundreds of event guests. Add in individual and group chef challenges, a secret ingredient and a running stopwatch and you’ve got yourself quite a production.
“Creating unique and interesting experiences is what Omni Hotels is all about,” said Omni Amelia Island’s Managing Director, Donald Stamets. “As a self-professed foodie, Fish to Fork is near and dear to my heart.”
Fish to Fork Weekend Package

Since its launch in 2014, weekend packages and ticket sales to Fish to Fork have doubled year over year, with 350 guests expected to attend this year’s Main Event on Saturday, May 7. All 350 guests will have the opportunity to sample individual and team dishes from each chef and vote for their favorites. Guests staying on one of Fish to Fork’s weekend packages will gain additional access to activities like Friday night’s dinner and Saturday lunch at The Sprouting Project.
