Sprouting Project Dinners
Enjoy an intimate southern-inspired farm dinner at The Sprouting Project, our culinary team’s answer to local sustainability. Guests will tour Amelia Island Plantation’s state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse, expansive organic garden and large collection of beehives before enjoying a plated dinner that incorporates items harvested directly from The Sprouting Project. This once-in-a-lifetime event will showcase both the creativity and culture of our chefs in a lush, outdoor setting.
April 18, 2015
The first dinner kicks off on April 18, 2015. Guests are encouraged to meet at the Marsh View Bar & Grill (next to the Golf Pro Shop) between 5:30PM–5:45PM. From there, they will be escorted just a short distance to the Sprouting Project. There, they will receive a tour of the greenhouse, garden and apiary while enjoying hand-crafted cocktails and a cash bar. The plated dinner portion (alcohol not included) will begin at 7:00PM and will feature organic, southern-inspired fare. The cost is $50 per guest not including tax and gratuity.
