Fish to Fork Culinary Academy
Omni Amelia Island Plantation is thrilled to host its inaugural “Fish to Fork Culinary Academy” from October 3 – 5 and you’re invited! We hope that you’ll join us for an unforgettable weekend getaway featuring a fantastic lineup of culinary-centric events!
Friday evening we’ll kick off with a welcome cocktail reception & dinner at “The Sprouting Project,” our Executive Chef’s very own greenhouse and garden. Then on Saturday, feast on our famous “Art of Breakfast” buffet at Sunrise Cafe before taking part in an interactive cooking class, followed by lunch on the Marsh View deck. We’ll reconvene later that evening for a private tasting at the Rum + Tequila Experience before heading to a wine-paired dinner on the beach. Then on Sunday, we’ll host yet another interactive cooking class before setting the table for a delicious and “intoxicating” Champagne brunch. Enjoy this three day, two night package (along with oceanfront accommodations) for $2,400 (Rate based on double occupancy).
