Fall Tour of Homes by Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate

Amelia Island Plantation open house

When I first visited Amelia Island Plantation, I knew this community was something special.  And that something special needs to be shared!  I started as director of real estate sales and marketing in September and knew right away we needed to host a Fall Tour of Homes to allow guests, locals and potential real estate customers, the opportunity to view our Amelia Island Plantation real estate community and a variety of our listings.  I am excited to announce our first Fall Tour of Homes will be held on Saturday, October 12th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

Fall Tour of Homes at Amelia Island Plantation

Saturday, October 12th
1:00-4:00pm
Register at 10 Amelia Village Circle

Registration and refreshments will begin at the Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate office (10 Amelia Village Circle, across from Heron’s Cove Adventure Golf) where guests will receive a map and access to our privately gated resort community to visit nine different homes and villas throughout the property.  As our weather is getting cooler, Amelia Island Plantation could not be more pretty.  Our stunning oak tress are showing off their splendor and the fabulous ocean will be visible from several of the tour properties.

Amelia Island Plantation boasts a great selection of residences from single family homes overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway to oceanfront vacation villas.  We are excited to open our community to those interested in pursuing the resort lifestyle and to showcase a selection of our Amelia Island real estate listings during the tour.  Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll see on the tour, but to truly enjoy the real estate open house on Amelia Island Plantation, you  must come in person!
