New Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate Executives

Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate has had some exciting changes recently!  We are excited to announce our new office location next door to the Nature Center area and welcome three new Amelia Island real estate sales executives – Patti Cullens Burch, Pierre Guite, and Bonnie Peters!

Patti Cullens Burch
Patti Burch, Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate Sales ExecutivePatti brings 28 years of experience in the resort sales industry.  She worked at Amelia Island Plantation and Innisbrook Resort as a regional sales manager in conference sales.  Patti has lived on Amelia Island for 18 years and raised both of her children on the island.  She is active in the community and volunteers for various local organizations such as the Fernandina Beach High School Foundation and the Nassau County Volunteer Center. Patti enjoys all water sports including scuba diving, kayaking, boating, fishing and the beautiful beaches of Amelia.

Pierre Guite
Pierre Guite, Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate Sales ExecutiveA native of Montreal, QC Canada, after his retirement from professional hockey, Pierre focused on a career in Sales. He has had a successful 30 year history in sales including Medical Equipment, Communications and Real Estate.  Pierre has been recognized as a Sales President’s Club Member, achieved multiple Sales Rep of the Year Awards, is very active in and has been a member and officer in Rotary and St Michael’s Men’s Club. He loves Amelia Island and has been a resident since 2004.  Pierre and his wife Laurie also both volunteer for local American Cancer Society events.  During his free time you will be find him  on the Omni Amelia Island Plantation golf courses or in the fitness center.

Bonnie Peters
Bonnie Peters, Amelia Island Plantation Real Estate Sales ExecutiveBonnie’s entire career has involved Florida real estate, from owning a small franchise firm in Jacksonville to managing a large office in Stuart. She is past president of the Realtor Association of Martin County,  and continues to serve on three committees for the Florida Association of Realtors.  After vacationing on Amelia Island for over 20 years, she and her husband Rick relocated to Amelia Island Plantation. She is passionate about helping others find a piece of paradise to call their own!   Bonnie’s other treasured place is at 4,300 feet, in Maggie Valley, NC where she and Rick have a second home.  Hiking, bicycling and walking the beach with black lab, Charlotte are among her favorite leisure time activities on Amelia Island.
